This, of course, was the whole reason for Tim James' ridiculous "English Only" ad...he needed an opportunity to whine about liberals being mean to him:
"I have come under attack and under assault by a very interesting group of far left reporters," James, a Republican candidate for governor, told a few dozen supporters at his Jefferson County headquarters in Vestavia Hills.
Yes, the James ad was widely mocked and ridiculed by the likes of Rachel Maddow, CNN, the New York Times, the LA Times a few dozen other papers and a variety of blogs such as the one you're reading. Now the liberal, lefty circle is complete. That known hotbed of liberalism, the Mobile Press-Register, is criticising James' for pandering to "certain segments" of the electorate:
Unfortunately, both he and Alabama come off like bumpkins who demean other cultures out of ignorance and arrogance.
Presto! We have a new definition of "far left." Anyone who criticizes Tim, son of Fob, is a lefty. Welcome to the club, mainstream media!
