ALDOT: The Toll Road or No Road

A project to to ease congestion on Highway 280 will soon move full speed ahead or screech to a halt. Thursday night...the state presented its toll road plan to leaders from Birmingham and Hoover. And the state made it clear that it was their way or no way.
